Fear Not For I Am Your God
As a Christian minister, I am often reminded of the powerful message found throughout the Bible: Fear Not For I Am Your God. These words, spoken by God Himself, serve as a comforting reminder to us all that we do not have to live in fear. No matter what challenges or obstacles we may face, we can find strength and courage in the knowledge that God is always with us.
In Isaiah 41:10, we are reassured by the words, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” This verse serves as a powerful reminder that we do not have to face our fears alone. God is always by our side, ready to provide us with the strength and support we need to overcome any obstacle that comes our way.
When we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or afraid, it can be easy to forget that we are not alone. We may feel as though we have to navigate life’s challenges on our own, but the truth is that God is always there, waiting for us to turn to Him for guidance and support. In times of uncertainty or doubt, we can find solace in the knowledge that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
It is important for us to remember that fear is not from God. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we are reminded that “God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” When we feel afraid, it is crucial for us to turn to God and seek His guidance. He will provide us with the strength and courage we need to face our fears head-on, knowing that He is always there to uphold us with His righteous right hand.
In times of trouble or uncertainty, it can be easy to allow fear to consume us. We may worry about the future or become anxious about the challenges that lie ahead. However, we must remember that fear is not from God. In fact, in Joshua 1:9, we are commanded to “be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
When we face difficult circumstances or find ourselves in the midst of a storm, we can find comfort in knowing that God is always with us. He will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6), and He will always provide us with the strength and courage we need to overcome any obstacle that comes our way. Fear Not For I Am Your God.

No matter what challenges or obstacles we may face, we can find strength and courage in the knowledge that God is always with us. When we feel afraid, we can turn to God for guidance and support, knowing that He will provide us with the strength and courage we need to face our fears head-on.
