Lord Jesus, thank You for Your goodness and mercy, and the grace You give to make it through each day.

Your love and faithfulness are amazing!

Jesus, Your Word tells us that in the world we would have tribulation, but to be comforted because
You have overcome the world!

Thank You, Lord!

Thank You for that reassurance of Your strength and power, and that You continue to be in control
no matter what situations we may face!

I thank You, Lord, that You are with us through every storm.

You even kept the waves from consuming him when his focus was on You!
You were with Peter when he walked on the water as the waves of the sea were crashing all around him.
You kept him from drowning in the storm.

I thank You that You were there to save him when his faith wavered.

We don’t understand why we must walk through some storms, but we trust Your leading,
and know each trial is in Your control.

I pray you help us to learn every lesson You have for us through each trial we must endure.

I thank You that You experienced life as a man and can be touched
by the feelings of our weaknesses.

I thank You for Your compassion when we feel weak,
and Your strength that is perfect when our own strength is fragile.

I am also thankful that You are able to speak peace to any situation, and the elements,
spirits and situation must obey Your command!

Even Satan obeyed Your command to leave when he attempted to win Your worship as he tempted You!

You are still the Master of all things!
